Setting Hierarchy Control
The default view of report results is set to the National level. However, you can set filters to view report results for a specific organizational level in the hierarchy.
To select an organization:
- Open the report for which you want to set a hierarchy filter.
- Click the button in the upper right corner of any Lexus ClearView web page.
The row of tabs changes as shown below.

- Do either of the following:
- To search for an organization by name continue to the next step.
- To select an organization in a dropdown list, go to Step 7.
- Click in the far left portion of the tab shown in Step 2, next to LED.
The phrase Type Search appears in the box.
- Click inside the box and then type a word, such as the name of a country, a person's last name, or a partial name of an organization.
A list of search results are displayed with the full hierarchy path shown for each one.
- Do either of the following:
- To remove the search results, and return to your user level, click the button.
- To select a search result, click it.
The path is now displayed in blue, above the row of tabs shown in Step 2.
For example, LED > Lexus Spain > all dealers > LEXUS MADRID NORTE.
- To select an organization from a dropdown list, click the button in the upper right corner of the web page.

- Click the down arrow next to the bin icon .
A dropdown list shows a list of organizations.
- Select the organization you want, click through the levels until you reach the level you want.
- Do either of the following:
- To remove the display of organization levels, and return to your user level, click the button.
- To select the organization level you located in Step 9, click .
The hierarchy path is displayed in blue, above the row of tabs shown in Step 2.
For example, LED > Lexus Spain > all dealers > LEXUS MADRID NORTE.
- To remove the hierarchy filter, click the button, then click the bin icon .
- Click .
The hierarchy is reset to your user level.
