Setting Hierarchy Control

The default view of report results is set to the National level. However, you can set filters to view report results for a specific organizational level in the hierarchy.

 

To select an organization:

  1. Open the report for which you want to set a hierarchy filter.
  2. Click the button in the upper right corner of any Lexus ClearView web page.
    The row of tabs changes as shown below.

  3. Do either of the following:
  4. Click in the far left portion of the tab shown in Step 2, next to LED.



    The phrase Type Search appears in the box.
  5. Click inside the box and then type a word, such as the name of a country, a person's last name, or a partial name of an organization.
    A list of search results are displayed with the full hierarchy path shown for each one.
  6. Do either of the following:
  7. To select an organization from a dropdown list, click the button in the upper right corner of the web page.

  8. Click the down arrow next to the bin icon .
    A dropdown list shows a list of organizations.
  9. Select the organization you want, click through the levels until you reach the level you want.
  10. Do either of the following:
  11. To remove the hierarchy filter, click the button, then click the bin icon .
  12. Click .
    The hierarchy is reset to your user level.
